There is no way that we can do extensive background checks on members, and we expect you to understand that we cannot take responsibility for any pain, damage or suffering arising from your use of this site. Please use your common sense and be careful about giving out personal information to people you meet on this site. However, member agrees that the information provided in their registration represents his or her profile or that of someone that has authorized you to represent them. What is the difference between standard and gold member?
Standard membership has limited site features. Gold membership has unlimited site features.
Is my private information and identity secure?
Yes it is very secure. There is no way that anyone else can come across your private information on our site. We even insist that you do not publicly disclose any private information, (such as name, address, phone number etc) about you on the site.

Standard membership registration is completely FREE. However, Gold Membership has a monthly fee.

How do I pay gold membership fee?
Credit Card or Debit Card via our online transaction processors.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
All payments already made are non-refundable. The upgrade fee is non-refundable since it gives you immediate access to your inbox. In certain situations, refunds are made at the discretion of the support manager.
Why was my credit card denied?
There are many reasons why an order comes back denied by your financial institution. Most common are:
- Insufficient funds available
- Your card has expired
- Your billing address does not match the card statement
- CVV/CVV2 (card verification value) number incorrect or incomplete

How do I become a member, and what types of membership are available?
You become a member by filling in our registration form on our web site. Basically, we offer 2 types of membership.
- Standard Membership, for those who have not paid by subscribing.
- Gold Membership, for those who have paid by subscribing. Gold members get the full benefit of the site.
How do I search for members?
There are many ways to search members such as username, member id, zip code, age or extended search preferences.
How do I send message to members?
Standard members have limited access to email feature. Only Gold Members can fully contact with other members:
How do I get message from other members?
Singlesburg.com uses a sophisticated emailing system. When you get mail, it goes into your mailbox on Singlesburg.com, and you are also automatically notified in your private email address. The sender does not get to see your private email address. This will present you with a link back to Singlesburg.com, where you can then log in as usual to read your mail.
How do I block a member from contacting me?
You have to be logged in to members area. Search the member you want to block. When the member's detail appears, click on "View Profile". When the next page appears, click on "Block Member".
How do I send a member a kiss?
You have to be logged in to members area. Search the member you want to block. When the member's detail appears, click on "View Profile". When the next page appears, click on "Send a Kiss".
How do I add a member to hotlist?

Are profiles censored, and is there any limit to what I can put in my profile?
Not all profiles are censored. Singlesburg team approves all members profiles, when they are originally created as well as when they are modified. We reserve the right to refuse any profile or photograph that we feel is inappropriate for this site. Also, we ask that you do not put any personal information etc, in your profile, including but not limited to: Any direct contact information (i.e., email addresses, URLs, phone numbers, full names, addresses), any location or descriptive information that threatens a member’s anonymity, abusive language of any kind (i.e., vulgarity, racism), discussion or descriptions of illegal acts or behaviour (i.e., drug use, violence), business or political advertisements or solicitations, Material that exploits or solicits personal information from individuals under the age of 18, unauthorised use of copyrighted or trademarked material
How long does it take to have my profile approved?
It usually takes 1-2 business days to have your profile approved, depending on how many people sign up each day.
How do I temporarily turn off my profile?
Log into the site using your Username and password. Click on the "My Profile" and scroll down to where your email address is. Enter your new email address in the appropriate box and click on the "Suspend account" link at the top of the page.
How do I permanently remove my profile and account?
To permanently delete your profile, please click here to contact customer service.
How do I update my profile?
To update your profile, please follow these steps: Log into the site using your username and password. Click on the "My Profile" under Member Menu to the top left hand side of the page. Make all necessary changes and then scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save Changes".
NOT RECEIVING EMAILS FROM US?
We send three types of emails to our members' email addresses. First, a confirmation email is sent to a new member's email address he/she provides during registration. Second, when a member receives chat messages or other interactive communication messages in the members' area, a notification message will be sent to that member's email address. Third, occasionally, we send promotional messages to our members' email addresses.
Some members noted that they didn't receive our notification messages in their inboxes. We encourage you to check your bulk mail, spam folder, or junk mail folder to see if your anti-spam filters have incorrectly sorted your confirmation or notification emails there.
Here are some steps to take to prevent spam blocking and email filtering issues:
- To ensure to receive your confirmation or notification emails from us, please add info@singlesburg.com to your approved sender addresses list in your spam filter for most web-based email programs. Specific steps are listed below for a few of the largest email providers.
- If you use spam filtering or bulk mail software, we encourage you to place the address info@singlesburg.com in your approved sender or friends addresses list. By telling your filtering software to allow emails with this address through you ensure that you will not miss any confirmation or notification emails from Singlesburg.com.
American Online:
If you have AOL 9.0 Enhanced, images and links in email are disabled by default unless you add the sender to your address book. You can enable them, but it requires an extra step unless you follow these directions. In addition, AOL's adaptive spam filters could, over time, mistakenly delete our messages. To ensure delivery of your confirmation or notification emails , simply go to keyword "address book" and put info@singlesburg.com in an email address field in your address book.
MSN Hotmail:
Select "Options" and then "Junk email Protection" and add info@singlesburg.com to your Safe List.
Yahoo Mail:
If spam is not a problem for you, you may want to turn off SpamGuard under Mail Options. If you use SpamGuard, check your bulk mail folder regularly to ensure important messages are not mistakenly filtered. Click the "addresses" button, then select "Add Contact" and save info@singlesburg.com to your contacts list.
Gmail by Google:
Go to your Spam folder and check the box next to the message you want to approve, then click on the "Not Spam" button at the top of the page.
Other ISP's:
Some ISP's enable spam filters that you can turn off or tune to your preferences. Check your ISP's Web site or contact their technical support team if you believe you are missing messages from Singlesburg.com or any other email subscriptions.
Other Email Software:
